There is the base pay under each plan. Intake tends to be a bit more expensive as it is an expanded visit with extra paperwork. If you need a sliding scale please reach out directly.

The aim is for 2+ months but this is very dependent on each individual and their goals. I understand sometimes visit need to be spread out for cost saving.

I have 10 years of mental health experience in crisis management as well and mentorship and life coaching at several programs. I have held an elite personal trainer certification since 2016. I have a CPI (crisis intervention cert) I have about 500 hours of chronic illness research and completed my ytt200 yoga certification. I also completed a survival course and have two different leadership programs I have accomplished. I am NOT a replacement for a therapist but complement therapy skills can be involved as mind-body-emotions are connected
